Cancellation Policy

GLORYKNOT BEAUTY STUDIO CLIENT SERVICES & PAYMENT POLICIES To maintain professionalism, fairness, safety, and high-quality service for all clients and staff, the following salon policies apply to all appointments and services at GloryKnot Beauty Studio. DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments for select styles and longer services. Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. PAYMENT POLICY Payment may be required before the start of service depending on the hairstyle selected. FINAL PAYMENT POLICY Remaining balances may be required before final finishing touches or completion of the hairstyle. STYLE CONFIRMATION POLICY Every hairstyle must be carefully reviewed and confirmed before leaving the salon. NO REFUND POLICY Once a client leaves the salon premises, all services are considered accepted and completed. No refunds will be issued after leaving the salon. UNSATISFACTORY STYLE POLICY If you are not satisfied while still inside the salon, our braiders will make reasonable adjustments or redo necessary sections before you leave. TOUCH-UP POLICY Minor touch-ups or adjustments may be requested within two (2) days of the original appointment. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Late clients may need to reschedule or accept modifications to their appointment. HAIR & PRODUCT POLICY Please confirm whether hair is included in your selected service before the appointment begins. PAYMENT DISPUTES Fraudulent chargebacks or false payment disputes may be challenged using salon records and surveillance footage. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of service. After-Hours Policy (7:00 PM – 8:59 AM): After-hours appointments require a deposit equal to 100% of the selected service price (full service deposit) to confirm the booking. This deposit applies to your total. Standard cancellation/no-show rules still apply. Late Policy: 10-minute grace period. After that, you may be rescheduled. No-Shows / Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Hair Prep: Hair must be detangled and product-free. Excessive detangling may incur a fee or require rescheduling Note: Pictures taken before, during and after services will be used for marketing purposes.
